A Little History

For many years, this late 1800's house was the home of a successful woolen-mill
family. The home was renovated in the late 50's and was featured in House Beautiful magazine. In 1997 the present owners refurbished the facility and operated it as a
Country Inn, Bed & Breakfast.

In 2007 the Pippin Inn's primary rental period changed to weekly stays. This is
for the entire Inn (3 Suites) - Less than 6 night stays for individual rooms is
available at the Innkeepers discretion.

For non-owners, the inn accommodations are guaranteed with full payment at the time of reservation. No refunds unless the reservation is resold with the innkeepers approval. (Penalties apply)

Here's How It Works
Each fractional owners purchase is a minimum of 4 weeks per calendar year. The 12 months of the year are divided into 4 groups; (Jan. - Feb. - March), (April - May - June), (July - Aug. - Sept.), (Oct. - Nov. - Dec.). One of your weeks is located in each group and is rotated within that group every year.
Example: Your week in Group One (Jan. - March) for 2008 begins on Feb. 4th, the next year,2009, the week begins Feb. 10th.

Fellow owners may swap their ownership with each other or rent to someone else under the association rules and regulations (private timeshare)

The Pippin Inn becomes your PRIVATE TIMESHARE with only a maximum of 12 owners in phase I (Original building) and 12 Owners in Phase II (New Log House and function building - Currently in the permit process)

Your ownership is serviced and maintained by you and fellow owners. (A licensed VT. Association with elections to the board.)
